Dr. Amol Arora was born and raised in Northeast Ohio. He attended Youngstown State University for undergraduate degree and graduated from Northeast Ohio Medical University with his MD degree in 2003. He subsequently moved to Columbus for residency at Riverside Methodist Hospital and completed this program in 2007. He is particularly proud of an award he earned for Excellence in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Procedures. Dr. Arora was privileged to join Dr. Marc Parnes and Dr. Cliff Raymond in what is now Eastwind Women’s Health in August of 2007. He was specifically drawn to the family-centered approach this practice offered to its patients. He has been in the Westerville based group since then, maintaining affiliations with Mt. Carmel St. Ann’s Hospital and Riverside Hospital. His colleagues appointed him Chair of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department at St. Ann’s and he has served in this role since 2011. His areas of interest include vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC), the management of abnormal uterine bleeding, and uterine fibroids. He has also maintained an interest in minimally invasive procedures such as operative hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, and robotic assisted surgery.
Dr. Arora lives in Westerville with his wife and three young children. In his free time he enjoys watching sports and movies, playing golf, and spending time with his family.
